Hi There,

Create a page on wordpress.

Go to Settings > Reading and assign that page as your latest posts / blog page.

If you would like to mix content and add posts inside a normal page you can use recent posts element in Cornerstone or one of our extensions like The Grid or Essential Grid Plugins.
