    Hi,

When I go to the Customize menu, I’m getting a crash (screenshot included below). The Customize page takes a while to load and then siezes up before crashing with this message:

    Screenshot

I’m using Chrome (latest version), with WordPress (latest version – Version 4.7.3) and X latest version, Cornerstone (latest version).

I’m not able to edit anything, because the Customize crashes before I can do anything.

    Any ideas?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I was able to solve this issue thanks to a previous support request here: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/customizer-crashing-2/

For anyone reading this in future, the issue for me was with the Dashlane password app. The minute I saw it mentioned in that support question, I knew Dashlane must be to blame – tt’s too obscure an app to not be the issue if others were also having the same issue and all running Dashlane.

Removing the Dashlane extension from Chrome solved the issue for me.

However, this is obviously not a longterm solution as Dashlane is obviously a much needed app remembers also passwords on your browsers and auto enters them).

Any idea is there is anything I can do to allow your theme to work with Dashlane?

    Hi there,

Thanks for sharing with us! Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
