    On our site http://cctvpricecomparison.co.uk we are receiving the “|Could not retrieve extensions list. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co” error as described on your connection-issues KB article.

    This has been migrated to a new server, and isn’t enabling us to see the extension list presently.
    Are you able to advise further config checks we should carry out over and above those on your page?

    The information return from the &force-check=1&x-verbose=1 is:
    “array(size=0)” empty

    There are no entries in the Apache error log for the site.

    We have ensured Curl is working (you can see the config in the phpinfo page)
    We can confirm the server can see the HTTPS version of community.theme.co and can confirm that the debian jessie package ca-certificates is latest and up to date. (eliminating any firewall considerations)
