Hi again,
Upon extensive testing, I see there is an issue with your slider that is breaking the page and Cornerstone. I imported an example slider and saved it using Cornerstone and it saved fine http://teamworksportswear.com/cornerstone-test-2. Please delete your “my first slider” and re-create it. If you’re having issues creating sliders then you can download and import one of the example sliders from here http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/
Cheers!

http://teamworksportswear.com/demo-homeOctober 9, 2015 at 12:56 pm #618484Hi there,
Thanks for writing back, I have tested your site and cornerstone, It seems like Cornerstone is saving the content correctly. Here is the page link i just created with Cornerstone http://teamworksportswear.com/cornerstone-draft-3 worked fine here. Also please let us know on which page you’re having this issue? Maybe there is a corrupted element that CS may not be able to read it anymore. Best way to remedy this is to go back on the previous revision or 2,3 revisions back where everything was working fine with CS.
Hope this helps!
October 9, 2015 at 1:07 pm #618498Thank you. So you mean I have to start over? I was going to switch the page back to showing as the front page when I was complete. I have done a lot of work 🙁
October 9, 2015 at 1:13 pm #618503Okay, well I changed it to be the home page again, and as you have figured by now, that is the same page, so I have to redo the whole site?
Thank you
CarolynOctober 9, 2015 at 1:45 pm #618597Okay I narrowed it down and it is Soliloquy plugin. I just thought if it were a plugin that you all supplied that it would be okay. It worked for a abt 2 days as that is how long I have had it on my site. So is there another one that I could use in place of that plugin?
When it’s not activated I can save my work.
Thank you
CarolynOctober 9, 2015 at 1:53 pm #618605Okay, nevermind. It worked and then I played with the thumbnail of an image by changing it, and then bam it stopped saving again. But even when I put the thumbnail setting back, it still is not saving. For some reason I think it’s the particular area I added the text or the image I used, la la la. Sheesh I will have to figure this one out.
Thank you
CarolynOctober 9, 2015 at 1:59 pm #618614I am still frustrated. As I am not figuring out exactly what it is. But it seems to be something within the area that i am editing.
TY
CarolynOctober 9, 2015 at 7:16 pm #618938Hi Carolyn,
Looks like your memory limit is not really lifted. In that case you must contact your hosting provider to increase your limit.
Currently, it’s not saving cause it can’t handle the processing load for that specific page.
Here is the error you can provide to your hosting.
<br /> <b>Fatal error</b>: Out of memory (allocated 123469824) (tried to allocate 382393 bytes) in <b>/homepages/20/d130946297/htdocs/clickandbuilds/Teamwork/wp-includes/wp-db.php</b> on line <b>2698</b><br />
For the meantime, please ensure that this code :
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
is in your wp-config.php above this line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Thanks.
October 9, 2015 at 7:57 pm #618968I spoke with them again earlier, and I am only allocated 130 php memory. I wish I understood all this more. They wants bundles of money for the next package up. I just don’t get it. I have only 3 sites online and only one that is really worth anything, this one I am working on now. I asked them earlier to tell me there were any errors like this and I got the answer that they could not see. That’s a lie.
So let me ask one question because I still don’t quite understand php, which I am starting school to help learn it in january. Is there a work around? I mean can I disable things to get the site up and them turn them back on? or is it a more permanent state like space on a hard drive?
Thank you all for all your hard work
October 9, 2015 at 8:51 pm #618995I put that code in and I think it helped. I will know I guess once I activate the plugins back. Thank you again.
October 9, 2015 at 10:53 pm #619079Hi There,
The work around is the code we provide above, but if the host does not allow it. Then there is nothing we can do about it.
Please let us know how it goes. Cheers!
October 10, 2015 at 9:11 am #619445I’m sorry for asking dumb questions. But from what you posted about the errors, can you tell me how much memory was I trying to use and how much does it say I am allowed? I don’t know how to read those numbers. Thank you so much.
Carolyn
I added the code to the php files, but it’s just not holding up. I cannot do any saving now and I have all plugins except cornerstone deactivated. But I need to know how much it is showing that I am allocated and how much was I trying to use.
Thanks again
October 10, 2015 at 9:30 am #619466I just loaded a plugin to view my php usage and was is allocated. Of course it is going to say allocated is 256 because of what I put in the php file. But I know that the host allows me 130M. Now the program says I am using 6% of the 256. Here is what it shows:
PHP Version : 5.5.28 / 32Bit OS
Memory limit : 256 MB
Memory usage : 15.7 MBeven though I only have 130 from host, the 15.7MB is still not even close to the 130 correct? or is there something I am not reading correctly?
Thanks again. I am trying to save myself from having to pay $70 a month to have this one website that does not even sell anything, it’s just for show.
