Yes you can disable plugins. Please just make it a short time since the site is live.
May 22, 2016 at 8:21 pm #1004371Hi there,
After disabling all the plugins (except cornerstone), it loads faster and smooth. It something within your specific plugin, or the combination of plugins.
When I activate them again, the cornerstone is again stopped working.
Perhaps try disabling your plugin one by one or by combination? I can do that but it may take a while and your site will be affected for that given time.
Thanks!
May 23, 2016 at 10:37 am #1005400That’s good to know that it is a plugin causing the issue. Ok I’ll try disabling them one by one to find the problem. Thank you for checking into that for me.

I tried login on your website but without success.
Can you confirm the credentials are correct?
In The meanwhile, could you check if X-Shortcodes plugin is activated? If it is, turn it off cause it causes conflict with Cornerstone and Cornerstone has the same functions built in, so even if you did not create pages with Cornerstone yet your website will work fine with Cornerstone activated and X-Shortcodes deactivated.
Let us know more details
Thanks
Joao
