I notice that people are having problems with Cornerstone not loading and the icon just keeps flipping. I have tried suggested solutions from other thread, but it’s still not working. Could you please assits?

Some of the resources are still loading by Cloudflare, for example,

Which I think is their CDN, I’m not really sure how it works and what is being serve. But would you mind disabling the Cloudflare? Purge your Cloundflare CDN as well.

Thank you for your response.

I have talked to my server admin, he did you suggestions, still not working. Nothing is wrong with cloudfare.
He found that the error was caused by this script:
http://allgymnasts.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/js/dist/admin/builder.min.js

Can you please give me a copy of the earlier version of before Cornerstone version 1.1.3? I would like to downgrade until the current version is fixed.

Hi there,

It’s not the problem with the script. Javascript console error doesn’t always display the exact script that causing the error. It will only display where it’s triggered. And by means of a trigger, it could be the conflict to another feature or script before the current one.

Please allow me to do some changes to your site, and please confirm if it’s okay to disable your plugins. Please do a site backup. Let me know when to continue.

I was gonna do a backup and ready to let you do it.

However, I found which plugin that causes the error. It was this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-query-strings-from-static-resources/

After disabling that plugin, it works.
