John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! How is your convert plug setup? Is it on the main page as a pop up? Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

RadModeratorHi Cait,
I checked and I can see that info bar, though yes, they are not displaying since there are no target pages/posts under the Behavior settings of each info bar.
Would you mind setting your target pages or enable them globally? I could do that, but since it’s live, I’ll let you do it 🙂
Thanks!

caitlinhParticipantI have mine set to launch with a shortcode. So under Behavior I selected it to enable on the entire site since I had it setup that way. The Homepage one and the Sidebar one are still not working though.
It’s really annoying that the plugin settings I had before, and that were working fine, just disappeared with an updated.

caitlinhParticipantAlso now the alignment of the boxes and their sizes are off and the input boxes have rounded corners instead of square ones like before which matched the submit button.

LelyModeratorHi Caitlin,
Would you mind resetting Enable on Complete Site option? Just try to turn it off and then Save. Then turn it ON again.
Then please also add the following CSS:
.cp-form-container .cp-form-field input, .content-cp_id_5ef63 .cp-form-container .cp-form-field input { border-radius: 0 !important; padding-top: 5px !important; padding-bottom: 5px !important; height: initial !important; }You do have custom CSS to remove rounded corners for submit button. Above CSS will remove that also.
Hope this helps.

caitlinhParticipantIt still doesn’t show up on the homepage after doing all that. Also the formatting on the sidebar one button is all wonky now. When I go in to try to fix it all it will do is move the text further and further to the right of the button. All of these things looked fine before the update.

RadModeratorHi there,
I can see the other on the footer of your home page, should we expect it in another place? With your screenshot, I also toggled on After Few Seconds under Behavior section. There is no trigger when it should appear.
Please also use private browsing, or log out from WordPress admin before testing. There could be cookies that is preventing them from displaying on your end, specially if you already subscribed/signup.
Thanks!

caitlinhParticipantIt should be showing to everyone all the time on the homepage, not just in the private window where I checked. I do not have cookies or tracking turned on for that…. And it used to show for everyone before.

LelyModeratorHi Caitlin,
I can confirm that it is showing when checking on Incognito mode but not when I am logged in to your admin. Would you mind checking if you have caching installed on the hosting/server? If yes, please purge/delete cache. Other hosting providers comes with default caching services. Do let us know how this goes.
Always,
