ccehParticipantDear X team,
Thanks first of all for your great work. I have purchased/used X for three other projects and am (still) very happy with it. I’ve pursuaded my current team to purchase X, however due to Server restrictions it seems I’ve got some trouble with Cornerstone (which was one of my key arguments to use X). I know this quickly falls out of your support scope, but maybe you have an idea?
I have a blank installation with the current (4.6.4) X activated. Unfortunately, trying to use Cornerstone (1.3.3) results in an error page saying that it either caused a 403 or 404 error.
I am not sure if this has to do with my configuration, but it would be vital to get Cornerstone running. Maybe there’s a workaround?
Thanks so much

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Could you please try regenerating your Permalink settings under Settings -> Permalinks section and see if that works for you. You can select the options “Post name” and save the changes to regenerate the setting.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!February 10, 2017 at 2:40 am #1365636
ccehParticipantHey Darshana, you guys are lightning-fast as always! Incredible.
I did that (it was already set to Post Name), however it only works when using the “Plain Name” setting. But it works! That makes me sleep so much better, thank you very much!
I guess when the pages are built, and I don’t need Cornerstone anymore, I could just switch to “Post Name”?
Thanks again!!

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
It should work with ‘Post name’ settings. This issue seems to be related to your server configurations and settings. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
