contactbennyParticipantHello,
I’m wondering if anyone can help me?
I’m in the process of building a new site using X, but every time I activate the bundled ‘Revolution Slider’ plugin. Cornerstone then ceases to load at all?
I’ve tried disabling all other plugins too, but to no avail. Any ideas would be really appreciated?
Cheers.

Rue NelModeratorHello Ben,
Thanks for updating in! If you have ftp access, you can simply connect to ftp and edit the .htaccess easily. When using cPanel or WHM, you will need to go to File Manager and edit the .htaccess from there.
Hope this helps.

ChristianModeratorTry removing anything outside of the WordPress default rules that starts from
# BEGIN WordPressand ends with #END WordPress. It is best you contact your hosting provider though as they might have added the rules on top of WordPress default. Please also backup the htaccess file first.Thanks.

contactbennyParticipantHi there,
Just to let you guys know, the issue was resolved with my server… the .htaccess file was all okay in the end.
The problem was resolved by increasing the memory limit for the PHP version 5.6 in its corresponding php.ini file.
If anyone needs to do this too…. You can change the memory limit of different PHP version from WHM.
>Login to WHM >> software >> MultiPHP INI editor >> select the PHP version and then you can change the values.
This can also be done from within cPanel too.
Many thanks to team Themeco 🙂
