    Hello There,

    Please keep in mind that Cornerstone will check if X theme is installed. it will look for the x folder. If it cannot find it, it will act as a standalone plugin and not as a bundled X plugin. This is why when you renamed the x folder, it asked you to validate Cornerstone. The X theme license code will not be valid. You will have to get a separate Cornerstone license instead.

    I am having the same problem. I’ve revoked and renewed the license multiple times and tried to make sure that Cornerstone is installed under the right folder name via FTP (X) … no luck. X Theme is validating. Cornerstone is not. Help?

    Hi I am having a problem getting Cornerstone validated too.

    I am following the instructions: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    However it does not give me the option to enter my purchase key.

    When I go to the page under cornerstone>Home it does not give me the option to enter the product key anywhere.

    I will put logins below.

    Hi There,

    If you are having just problems with Layer Slider not updating to version :

    LayerSlider v5.6.9 support.

    I recommend you deleting the plugin via FTP on your folder wp-content/plugins/

    And go back to Addons and re-install it. You won´t lose your work, all your changes are stored in the database and not in the plugin folder.

    If the plugin isn recommending you to update to a version above 5.6.9, you cannot update because it has not been tested by our developers yet but still sometimes the plugins will push the update messages.

    I have the same problem overhere. I found a solution. This only applies when i deactivate the theme x. Activate theme X and problems are solved

    Hi there,

    It’s because your cornerstone is bundled to X theme. Bundled cornerstone is different from standalone cornerstone, bundled cornerstone requires X theme to be active. While standalone cornerstone should work alone, but requires its own license (cornerstone license is different from X theme license).
