October 18, 2016 at 1:07 am #1220352What about the files “extensions” and “licencing”, what level should theu be at?
October 18, 2016 at 1:31 am #1220386Hi There,
Cornerstone and Extensions does not ask for validation when you activate the X|Theme properly. And first step of that is installing the X|Theme in the correct directory.
wp-content/themes/
After moving the x folder on that directory and if the Cornerstone still ask a validation code, please revoke and re-validate the site. You can follow the guide provided here.
Hope it helps, Cheers!

October 28, 2016 at 12:29 am #1234299Hi James,
Did you moved the x folder to /wp-content/themes/ or did you just rename a folder?
You dont need to validated the Cornerstone, if the x|theme is active.

It should be exactly as /wp-content/themes/x/. There should be no other names than /x/ folder. I do see another x folder which is correct, how about activating that one? Please backup your site before switching themes with different names, it can reset your menu and widgets.
Thanks!
