Thanks for the credentials.
Upon checking the given URL with the credentials, we can see that you are using an older version of X-theme i.e. v-4.3.2. Kindly update your theme with the latest version i.e. 4.6.2 first. Make sure you are fully updated with everything, Theme and Plugins. You’ll be able to validate your X-theme directly with the Purchase code which will make Cornerstone validated itself.
Let us know your views on this!
Thank you.

Thanks for the credentials, but first please read this post: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/regarding-404-errors-when-unable-to-validate/ and confirm the following to your hosting.
- installing cURL support for PHP – site can reach this domain: community.theme.co - firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co – allow_url_fopen is enabled.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

I checked the error it returns 404, please check this https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/validation-fix-installed-curl-on-my-vps-and-it-works/
It’s due to cURL issue, please reinstall cURL and make sure the server is restarted.
Thanks!
