I am having the same issue as mentioned, I have installed x and validated it, but cornerstone is still saying it is not validated?
Any resolution to this issue?
July 10, 2016 at 12:31 am #1079891Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.6
Cornerstone: 1.3You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
And most importantly, please do not rename the
x
theme folder. If you do, Cornerstone will think that it is a standalone plugin and not bundled in X thus asking your to validate Cornerstone. Please let us know how it goes.
July 26, 2016 at 2:12 pm #1104005Hello, I too have validated X, but Cornerstone is not validating. I can provide purchase code. Really crummy not to be able to use the new theme out of the box…

August 23, 2016 at 2:06 am #1142678Hi Fernanda,
Thanks for writing in! Is there a chance you rename the x folder to something? If so, please rename it back to x.
Else provide us login credentials (Admin and FTP) in private reply so we can take a closer look. Thanks,

First thing is to check if you installed X on the correct folder.
It needs to be on
wp-content/themes/x
Not
wp-content/themes/x/x
or
wp-content/themes/xtheme
Once you make sure your theme is installed like that please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. If still doesn’t work, please update Cornerstone manually by uploading it to ftp. Please check our our knowledge base to know how: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
Hope this helps.

Have you followed the solution given in the previous reply https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-not-validating-but-x-is-validated/page/2/#post-1146985? If that doesn’t help, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP.
Thanks.

Please confirm your X Theme is installed in the correct folder.
/wp-content/themes/x
