Hello,
I purchased the X theme yesterday and I have validated X using the purchase code. Cornerstone still says it needs to be validated even though X is validated.
I looked through the knowledge database and found similar posts so I followed some of those instructions, including revoking the license on my website and on theme.co, but I still have the same problem. I even removed the wordpress install and started with a fresh copy of wordpress, but I still get the same problem . . Cornerstone will not validate.
I am using the following
Wordpress 4.4.2
X 4.4.1
Cornerstone 1.2.2 (before I removed my wordpress install it was 1.2.3)thank you,

I tried logging in, but those credentials didn’t work for me. There was an issue earlier today where the package files were not being served correctly even on validated sites. This made it seem like Cornerstone was not validated, when in fact it was. The issue has since been resolved, so you should be ok if you’re on the latest version of X and Cornerstone.

April 18, 2016 at 12:42 pm #888655I have the same problem. My Envato purchase code worked for registering, I also assigned my site successfully but every time I try to validate Cornerstone it fails. See enclosed screenshots. Thanks

Thanks for the credentials. Did you renamed the x theme folder on this directory /wp-content/themes/? It seems you did and that is why Cornerstone does not recognize your X|Theme.
Please login to your server via FTP and rename the x theme folder to default (just x).
And then re-validate the site again.
Hope it helps, Cheers!

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, X theme is not active. And when X theme is not active and validated, Cornerstone will not be validated as well. That’s the same goes with other plugins. X theme has a unique function that make the validation of Cornerstone no longer needed when X theme is active and validated.
And to know more how we utilize the other plugins in X, please check out our knowledge base here:
