    Hello,

    I’m getting this message:

    Cornerstone is not validated. Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license for instant access to automatic updates, support, and custom templates. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.

    But when I copy the Envato Purchase Code and I hit enter I’m getting this second message:

    We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

    I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, I woul like your help.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Hi There,

    Would you mind to provide your ftp credentials so we can verify if X Theme is installed correctly?

    It should be installed on wp-content/themes/x

    not on

    wp-content/themes/x2

    or

    wp-content/themes/x/x

    Anything life this would cause that CS verification does not communicate well with X

    Let us know.

    Hi There,

    The version of Cornerstone that comes bundled with X is intended to be used with X only.

    As you are using another theme your CS cannot be validated unless you purchase Cornerstone Stand Alone which is the version that is compatible with different themes.
