donpachiParticipantHi Guys,
As i started everything was working fine. Then i noticed i can’t save changes made on the home page. I checked with several other pages on the site, all else works fine. It’s just the home page that has the issue.
Wordpress, X and plugins are all up to date.
Please help.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please review your content, this usually happens when there is a broken HTML syntax like a missing > or </p>
Check every text and raw content you have on your page.
Hope that helps
Joao

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Thank you for providing the credentials! Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how this goes!

donpachiParticipantHi Guys,
I tried deactivating all plugins apart from the ones from X. Even then there is no change, still can’t save changes on hone-page.
Please let me know what else can be done.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! You have been experiencing a PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

donpachiParticipantHi Guys,
Just got this error when another page was not saving, i tried to reload the page and this showed up:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/sonashiadmin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php on line 73
It’s a memory error yes?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Did you follow our previous replay and increase memory limit?
Please note, this setting may not work if your host does not allow for increasing the PHP memory limit in that event, contact your host to increase the PHP memory limit.Hope it helps.

im-possibleParticipantHi. I am trying to edit my home page, but cornerstone will not save my changes. I am able to save changes on all other pages. I am able to publish new posts. I have the latest version of WordPress and x theme. I just upgraded my server memory with my host, which is 1&1. I have recently deactivated plugins and reactivated and assured they are all up to date. Is there another reason my homepage is not saving? I appreciate your help.
Thanks!

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! At this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic. Please create a new thread and provide us your site URL and login credentials (in private reply) on your new thread.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating this thread. Regretfully at this time we kindly ask that you open up your issue along with your WP credentials in a separate thread so that we can take a closer look. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
