Paul RModeratorHi Dean,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

chrismccreeryParticipantAlso having the same issue that just started today. @deanmath, were there any specific plugins you noticed were updated recently?
Thanks.

Please try to do a plugin conflict test and in case the issue persists, kindly post a new thread and provide us with your admin and FTP details so that we could check it.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thank you for providing the information. It turns out that you are using CloudFlare. The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes Cloudfare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable Cloudfare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.
1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
4. Turn Performance “Off”If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to Cloudfare again and purge the cache.
Please let us know how it goes.

chrismccreeryParticipantWell, Cornerstone now loads, but I am now getting the following error.
“Uh oh!
An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.”I purged the cache on CloudFlare as well.

ChristianModeratorPlease disable Cloudflare and check if the issue persists. If the issue is fixed, there’s most probably a misconfiguration in your Cloudflare setup.
Thanks.
March 2, 2017 at 9:35 am #1391979
chrismccreeryParticipantThat did the trick. Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work with Cloudflare? I am minifying js, css and html with CloudFlare, guessing this might be causing the issue.

deanmathParticipantHi,
I created a new page and completely rebuilt it from scratch which fixed the problem as the home page is the only one I have the problem with. This has been working perfectly.
Today while talking to the client on the phone. I switched the theme from boxed to full width and moved the menu from fixed left to top fixed and now cornerstone will not open on the home page again. Every other page it works on.
This cant be a plugin as I do not have the problem until I use customiser to change settings. If I go back to previously it was probably when I changed the site from full width to boxed.
Can you please take a look as this is urgent, updates to this page need to be made overnight.
Thanks

deanmathParticipantIt does seem to be a plugin made by x10 layouts. Ive got them looking at it. Will let you know the outcome. I did already add the details above for the site and username and password. Seems to be a problem with their elements on the page and then changing boxed to full width in customizer.
