brightboysquadParticipantHi, I’ve got a big problem as my deadline is rapidly approaching and Cornerstone is not loading… Just showing lot of spinners and a message “Hey loading the preview took longer than expected. There may be some scripts conflicting” I already cleared the cache but to no help. My WP, all the plugins and CS are up to date. I have run lost of X sites but this never happened. How can I get CS to load?? Dev site: http://dev.fotodikken-hulsinga.nl

brightboysquadParticipantI already deactivated all the plugins (didn’t help). I don’t use cloud fare and work on a new Mac. This is for a client and he’s rather pissed now… I use the ETHOS 3 import demo content for the home page…

AlexParticipantHi Team, I tried without success.
Any other ideas ?
here is some of the other tasks I have already done;
removed all plugins, and just tried with cornerstone
cleared cloudflare cache
deactivated cloudflare
installed caching plugin and deleted cache
reinstalled the wordpress update
deactivating the child theme
duplicated the page
downloaded the cornerstone elements as a template and reapplied them on a new page
clean database through a plugin
force refresh the cornerstone page
Change php version (host doesn’t go higher than 5.5)none of these worked… I’m running out of ideas…
I look forward to your response

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
You have mentioned that you are using CloudFlare. The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes Cloudfare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable Cloudfare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.
1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
4. Turn Performance “Off”If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to Cloudfare again and purge the cache.
Hope this may help.

AlexParticipantHi team,
As said above I have completely deactivated cloud flare. This did not fix my issue.
To be clear, this is not on all pages, just some of them.
You can login to my site and try to edit the “about” page. That’s the one not working for me

brightboysquadParticipantHi team, OP here. I tried the Transient Cleaner you advised to Alex, but to no avail. Has anyone had a change to look at my site? I would really like a reply, as I started this question…

brightboysquadParticipantHi team, I don’t mean to be rude, but my client is breathing down my neck. If you don’t mind, could you have a look at my site? Being the OP (original Poster). I do not use cloud fare. Perhaps it is less confusing for you guys if Alex started a new thread? I would really really like a reply. I can’t move forward or backward with this client now.
