I cannot get the front end editor working on cornerstone for the life of me…it hasn’t worked in quite some time. I am using rocket cache, I have tried disabling this after clearing the cache..I have disabled the cdn as well. Furthermore I even purged nginx cache as root through terminal, disabled all plugins, leaving only cornerstone on, and I am stumped. my website is https://nginxhosting.co and wp version is latest, x version is latest, cornerstone latest, and i’m assuming shortcodes are latest as well.

September 20, 2015 at 9:26 pm #396940Hi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Please try this process.
Revalidate you API-key on your setup. Revoke the API-key and regenerate a new one so that you could revalidate your site.
If still the cornerstone is not working try reinstalling you cornerstone. You can do it automatically or manually.
To manually reinstall it,
1. Download the theme and extract it in your computer, then navigate to x/framework/plugins
2. Extract cornerstone.zip in your computer
4. Navigate to your extracted cornerstone file in local site and navigate to wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins in remote site
5. Upload the unzip cornerstone folder to wp-content/plugins in your remote siteLet us know how it goes.
Thanks.
September 23, 2015 at 9:30 pm #400620i’ve attempted this already but did so again just to see if it worked, and it still does not unfortunately. It’s been quite some time since cornerstone functioned for me fyi. i mean months, all shortcodes, for the most part.

September 23, 2015 at 11:12 pm #400709Hello There,
After investigating your site, we noticed that there a JS error thrown by WPGroho.
Are you using Cloudflare? The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes Cloudfare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable Cloudfare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.
1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
4. Turn Performance “Off”If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to Cloudfare again and purge the cache.
If this is not the case, please try to disable your caching plugin and your site caching. We would like to test and create a page in Cornerstone. We have created a test page but we can not edit in Cornerstone. This maybe because of the site caching. Please let us know that caching is disable and we will test again.
Thank you.
