The email form is constantly there! I don’t know why? Please help!
I have logged out and back in again. I have closed the program, shut down computer, etc.
July 3, 2015 at 10:39 am #320245Also, why does my kaspersky internet security keep blocking the forum pages? How can I get it to stop?

July 3, 2015 at 8:00 pm #320562Hi there,
Thanks for posting in.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
And about karpersky, sorry but we’re not able to answer it. You may contact kaspersky for that as other anti virus isn’t behaving like that.
Thanks!

Email form appears to be in section 1 although it didn’t add in there, have you ever switched between editors and edited this page outside Cornerstone ?
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know about it.
Hope that helps.July 7, 2015 at 9:54 pm #323881Hello again,
I deactivated every third party plugin with no success. Then I tried a couple of themco plugins that I had recently worked with.
It appears that there is something going on with the content dock plugin when I insert the themco email form plugin form into the content dock. When I remove the email form I have no problems with cornerstone, but when the dock has the form it looks just like it did before. I don’t know what I did to cause this, I hope this will help you narrow down the problem in the coding. Thank you again for your assistance.
July 8, 2015 at 1:47 am #324017Hi there,
Please disable all none X related plugins and re add the email form in content dock plugin so we can see the issue.
Thanks.

July 8, 2015 at 11:06 pm #325128Hello There,
Thanks for posting in.
Upon checking this error exist on the console.
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).addClass(…).niceScroll is not a function(anonymous function) .
Though I can’t duplicate the error on my test site. Can you deactivate Smooth scroll plugin and see if it works. If yes, try to delete the folder x-smooth-scroll on wordpress-folder/wp-content/plugins/ then you may install it again via Addons > Extension. The file might be corrupted. This usually happens when there’s a timeout of connection during plugin installation. Please also purge your cache to see result instantly.
Hope this helps.
July 9, 2015 at 7:22 am #325551Okay, so I deleted the file from my file manager and I purged my browswer cache. And the problem is still occuring. I have not yet reinstalled the smooth scroll plugin. Is there another way to purge the site cache that I am not aware of? And what else do I need to do?
July 9, 2015 at 12:47 pm #325805Hi there,
I am able to replicate this issue in my local setup. It looks like a conflict when Content Dock is enabled. I’ll forward it to our developers for further investigation. In the meantime, you could try disabling Content Dock while working on Cornerstone.
Thanks!
July 9, 2015 at 4:14 pm #326007Okay, that is what I will do until you tell me otherwise! Thank you!
