    Hi,

    i have validated the site and created a blank page, but the problem is still there: the page loads, than the loading stops, just like the page is loaded, but the page is blank and the cornerstone logo keeps on spinning..

    What can be the problem?
    I think it’s very strange that you can edit the page, but i can’t not on my computer/pc, and allso not on a different pc/network. why won’t the page get loaded? can it be a javascript problem?

    Please try to clear your browser’s cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode or Safari’s private browsing mode.

    Are you using CloudFlare?
    The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes Cloudfare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable Cloudfare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.

    1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
    2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
    3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
    4. Turn Performance “Off”

    If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to Cloudfare again and purge the cache.

    Hi There,

    Another thing that might related to this issue, I see that one of your section on your home page has a background image that is still pointing on your localhost?

    Make sure you upload this images on your live server and remove all the localhost reference on your site.

    Hello Bjorn,

    I am able delete the background image. Please check Cornerstone again. This is really weird because it is loading fine on multiple staff working station with different settings. Do let us know how this goes.

    deleting the background didnt help, maybe you guys have a teamviewer option, so you can see how the page loads?

    Hi there,

    Your site or rather is throwing 503 Service Unavailable on random resources. There are cases that your cornerstone loads on my end, and sometimes not.

    Do your site has traffic? Would you mind contacting your host and get information and the reason behind the 503 Service Unavailable. It could be server load or traffic, are you on shared hosting?

    Hi, i’m on shared hosting indeed, my site has minimal traffic at the moment.
    The problem came when i did an update, the problem was not there before.
    On this site with this hosting i’ve worked before with cornerstone. There never was a problem before, until i did an update!

    Since you are using CloudFlare and may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, please keep in mind that after doing every updates and even just making changes, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
