thanks for the quick reply, clearing the cache isn’t working, neither on ff or chrome.
If i want to edit the homepage with cornerstone, the cornerstone logo keeps on spinning.May 19, 2016 at 7:16 am #999275Hi There,
I am able to open your page on Cornerstone as well, I’m on Windows with the latest Chrome
Though I see an issue on your Custom JavaScript on Customizer, please move that JavaScript on the Child theme’s functions.php file with the code snippet below. With this you need to activate your child theme.
function my_custom_footer_output() { ?> <script src="https://use.typekit.net/fxy6ovn.js"></script> <script>try{Typekit.load({ async: true });}catch(e){}</script> <?php } add_action( 'wp_footer', 'my_custom_footer_output', 99999 ); ?>
And another thing; why do you have 2 instances of X|Theme installed on your site? Please delete the older one to avoid compatibility related issues.
Thanks.
May 19, 2016 at 7:37 am #999299hi,
i removed on instance of x theme and the javascript. But still i cannot use cornerstone.

May 19, 2016 at 8:56 am #999436i’m sorry, but any chance that i can get advice to get it working today?
thanksMay 19, 2016 at 9:08 am #999457Hey there,
I’m another support member and Cornerstone loads fine on my end too. We’re sorry but since this works on our end, we have no way to investigate the issue. This also leads me to conclude that this might be a problem in your computer. Please disable browser extensions. If you can, please test on another computer. You can also give us details of your computer. What OS and browser versions are you using?
Thanks.
May 19, 2016 at 9:37 am #999505chrome 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit)
firefox 45.0.2
safari 9.0.3on a macbook pro with os yosemite 10.5
i allso work on a mac pro and have the same problem there with has el capitan installed. So i ques it can not be computer related?
thanks!
May 19, 2016 at 9:52 am #999539Hi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! Since this is something that is happening on two different machines and two different Operating System versions, this may not be specific to your machine.
Have you tried accessing the site on a PC or on a different network? If not, please do so and let us know how that goes?
Since we can’t replicate the issue on our end, and we’re accessing your site from different parts of the world, it would seem the case is isolated to your machines, network or area.
We will as much info as we can get as it is hard to troubleshoot something you are not able to see. Thanks for understanding.
Let us know how that goes. Thanks!
May 19, 2016 at 10:29 am #999601Hi, im working from my working space and never ever had this problem before.. Why should my network be the problem? I tried to uninstall the cornerstone plugin and wanted to install it again by the add ons, but it is no longer visible by the rest of the addons…
p.s. i think your theme is great…but there are many problems wich occur when updating..howcome?
How can i reinstall cornerstone???
May 19, 2016 at 11:28 am #999735Hey there,
Apologies for the issue you are facing. To reinstall cornerstone,
1. Remove the cornerstone folder from wp-content/plugins using FTP.
2. Install it again from Dashboard > X AddonsHope that helps.
