Hi,
I am trying to use cornerstone, but it doesn’t work anymore. Before it was working well.
I disabled 3th party plugins, updated the theme and plugins, but nothing solved the problem.
In text mode I see the cornerstone code, but if I go to cornerstone I see nothing. What can I do to solve this?
April 4, 2016 at 9:02 am #865951Hi there,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Please provide us with URL and login credentials in private replay.
Thanks.

April 5, 2016 at 11:21 am #867860I’m also having this issue. I’ve also disabled all plugins and tried in both Firefox and Chrome, but I continue to get the “Uh oh! An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.”

Thank you for the FTP details, it appears that the content may have been corrupted somehow, have you edited the page outside of Cornerstone at all?
Would it be possible to get Database details please so we can check if the data is still there and whether it’s corrupt or not.
Thank you!

Did you change the URL of your site recently or migrated from staging server? This type of issues can happen when you change the site URL without a tool that considers serialized data. Please refer to our migration guide here for more information (https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/).
Another option would be to restore the site to a earlier backup. If you don’t have a backup, you can request it from your hosting provider.
Let us know.
Thanks!April 11, 2016 at 4:05 am #876130Lucky I had a backup and it looks it works now correctly.
April 11, 2016 at 9:01 am #876468Glad to know it works now. Have a great day!
