Hello,

I’m enjoying playing around with Cornerstone, but am confused about how to make an image gallery easily (instead of just creating a long image list). I’d like to use Cornerstone to make a gallery similar to the Huge-It gallery I currently have (to see if it will load faster): http://www.lauraletchingerart.com/all-work-gallery

Will this be possible soon?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in!

Regretfully, we do not have a gallery in Cornerstone for the moment. There is already a gallery element in development. We do not have ETA though only our developers knew. For sure this will be included in our next future update release when we roll it out. For the moment, you can also insert a default WordPress gallery inside a text element. Please check out knowledge base for more details in adding galleries in your site.

Sounds good . . . maybe you could pass on a request that they include a popup title box feature (like this: http://www.lauraletchingerart.com/all-work-gallery). . . OR . . . include a modified flip card feature option so that the entire front of the card is an image and the back is the description.

Hi There,

a gallery element in cornerstone sounds great.
I ve a customer inquiry for building a new website… she´s makeup artist… I need for this project a powerful gallery and lightbox. It would be very cool for me (and of course for you:)) to built the site with X. Can you please give me a fix date for the update including the new gallery element?
Hopefully I could hold my customer a bit 🙂

I would also love to see a gallery module. Later a portfolio module as well. Also a blog module that you can choose a category or post…Cornerstone is great..just some new modules would be nice…Any ETA yet on the gallery?

Thanks for the feedback. We can’t promise an ETA. Rest assured that we’re working to address it as quickly as possible, but we have some other items in the “pipeline” for the time being.
