Hi there,
I posted on this thread that I’m having similar issues with Cornerstone continually hanging and not loading.
https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-isnt-working-on-my-site/page/2/
So far I have:
– Changed cache settings in Cloudflare as per instructions in another thread about loading issues
– Added recommended PHP to wp-config
– Deactivated and then reactivated all plugin (no conflict found)
– Emptied the page cacheIn the thread I linked to above, user coreykleinfelder suggests that this is a demo content issue.
Will add login details below.
Thanks for the help.
Paul

After back and forth with support nothing was working. So i wanted to try something on a hunch. If you are running the x theme with the Integrity 1 demo content, this is causing the problem. In wordpress go to your dashboard, and then select X addons. Then Demo content. Then change your demo content to something other than Integrity 1 and then click setup standard demo. This may wipe out your website so make sure you have it backed up. This worked for me. I’m not sure why because my other site using X theme and the integrity 1 demo content works fine, but for this site in particular its not. Try this out and let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the credentials. One more thing, would you mind adding a rule to ignore URLs with
?cornerstone=1
on your cloudFlare service?RocketScript allows you to add rules to not run on certain URLs
they probably already have one for/wp-admin
so they need one for URLs containing?cornerstone=1
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200168306-Is-there-a-tutorial-for-Page-Rules-
Or you can disable CloudFlare completely, while we troubleshoot this issue.
Thanks.
April 6, 2016 at 6:31 am #869029Hi Friech,
I have already done this – and unfortunately it didn’t work.
I have disabled (paused) for now anyway.
Thanks!

April 6, 2016 at 8:31 am #869260Hiya, we are also having trouble with Cornerstone hanging. We have gone through all the threads on this forum and tried everything that we have found but to no avail. Apologies if there is a thread we have missed with the solution.
We were wondering if you can help?

Thanks.

Any updates on what you found after logging into my site/ftp?
Many thanks,

April 7, 2016 at 7:20 am #871048Hi Paul,
I checked your site and cornerstone seems to be working fine.
See Video – http://screencast.com/t/ZWiWXTabNzP
Can you confirm if this is still an issue on your end.
Thanks
April 7, 2016 at 10:54 am #871412Hi Paul,
Yes – it seems to be working now. I assume this must be related to pausing Cloudflare?
While a bit of a pain, I can live with this 🙂
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Paul
April 7, 2016 at 4:50 pm #871967Yes, this can happen when Cloudflare’s RocketLoader is in use. It can result in javascript files being loader in the wrong order. Glad to this is working for you now!
