I am getting ready to launch a new site and have done the DB export/import from the development server to the live server. The pages look fine, but when I go to edit a page within Cornerstone, none of the icons in the editor show up. I’ve got the X Theme properly validated and am running the most current versions of X Theme and Cornerstone. Any ideas? I’ve attached a shot of what the Cornerstone editor looks like. Browser and platform results in the same missing icons (Edge/Chrome on Win 10; Safari and Chrome on OS X).
Thanks

Please delete Cornerstone in your plugins folder and install it again via Addons > Extensions. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
March 8, 2016 at 2:54 pm #829242It’s being hosted on an IIS server so there are some permission issues not letting me delete the plugin. IIS permissions don’t play well with WordPress in general so it is probably due to that. The server admin is going to fix the permissions so I’ll delete and reinstall when he does.
Thanks.

March 9, 2016 at 1:25 pm #830756I removed both the X Theme and the Cornerstone plugin, completely cleared my browser cache, then reinstalled the latest of X Theme, activated it, installed cornerstone. A few more of the icons are showing up, but most of them are still missing. Any ideas? Thanks.
March 9, 2016 at 6:22 pm #831206Hello There,
Thanks for the updates. I am another staff checking on this thread. I went ahead and created a test page in your site. All the icons is showing and I do not encountered any issues at all. This is how I see the page: http://prntscr.com/adauw7 Can you confirm that the issue has been resolved?
For the meantime, We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
June 29, 2016 at 4:08 pm #1065543Hello,
I purchased the ‘X’ theme this week and have been using Cornerstone editor to build my site, unfortunately none of the icons are appearing for me in the builder (please see attached). Reading through the thread, I went to add Cornerstone via Extensions – but that doesn’t appear to be an option.Appreciate any help you can offer!
Thank you,

Thanks for writing in! The latest versions of X install Cornerstone automatically while X is being setup. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
