When editing any page, I’m now getting a cornerstone error: Uh oh!
An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode.

I’ve disabled other plugins to see if there’s a conflict and also cleared any caches (including disabling Cloudflare), and cleaned any transients but it still doesn’t work correctly.

    Please can you help?

    Thanks,

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for writing in! I can see the notice that it’s taking a bit extra time than usual to load the page. It’s not actually an error rather a notice that the page loading is a bit slow. This issue might caused by several reasons. Like lack of memory as you are using lots of plugins, slow response from server etc. So you don’t really need to worry about that unless your page doesn’t load or something prevent you to edit the page.

But if you are facing the “Switching to Skeleton Mode” issue (that I can’t see on your site) then it might caused by any illegal character or broken HTML. So if you are using Text element or Raw content then make sure there is no illegal character or broken code/script. As I can’t see this issue on some pages I have tested on, so I guess it’s happening on specific pages that have mentioned issues.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Cheers!
