Thanks for writing in!
This is something which would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You need to consult an SEO expert who can help you manage SEO related things.
Thanks for understanding!
November 7, 2016 at 11:36 am #1247416Okay, so what kind of SEO expert should i consult? One off the SEO plugin that was used, or who should i ask? it is an important topic. what do other users of x-Theme do about this?
How is the seo influenced by cornerstone pages? Shoudlnt that be something that the developers should know about?
Greetings!

Yoast does work with pages built in Cornerstone without problems. You will check it´s parameters not inside Cornerstone but below the text area of your WordPress Classic Editor.
One cool thing in Cornerstone is that you have the possibility to make your H1 look like H6 or H6 look like H2 at the click of the button this is very useful in order that you give more importance for certain keywords without the need of having them on big size or having a big size word without so much relevance for SEO purposes.
Cornerstone adds a bit of extra code to your content, ideally your content would have just the main keywords and no extra content, but really, from my experience this is nothing something to worry about, If you markup your content well with the titles and have original relevant content in Cornerstone your website will get better at the ranking with time.
I personally use All in One Seo, it is more simple and does the job very well, I don´t recommend you to be so apprehensive to Yoast red yellow green lights as long as you know you are doing a consistent job.
Let us know if you have further questions,
Joao

robNovember 8, 2016 at 11:22 pm #1249622Hi there,
Thanks for writing back. All heading levels (h1 – h6) has an associated class like .h1, .h2 and so on.
So if you want your h1 looks like h6, you just need to use the class .h6 to that h1.
Hope this makes sense.
