Hi,
It would be best to check with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
February 24, 2016 at 12:39 pm #810622I am receiving an error when installing Cornerstone. The installation of X works fine. Once I install cornerstone and enable debugging, I get an error and the page stops rendering.
I saw in previous responses that permissions could be at fault. I opened permissions on the web root to 777 and that didn’t resolve the issue. Please advise.
I am including the documents with error details in a follow-up ‘private’ post. thanks

Thanks for providing both, the issue is caused by Contact Form 7’s missing class.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPCF7_ContactForm::id() in /var/www/clients/startuppercolator.com.staging.tenrec.com/html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/elements/_alternate/contact-form-7.php on line 25
Please try deleting your CF7 plugin and install it back, and add a valid form. Then edit your existing pages that has the old form and change them to the latest form.
Thanks!
