The question is where to get the cornerstone file??! The theme file has 1.07 and so does the extension installation!!!!
December 2, 2015 at 12:08 am #687409Hi,
Sorry about that, please download the theme again in theme forest – http://themeforest.net/downloads
It should have the updated version of cornerstone.
If that doesn’t help, please provide us your wordpress admin login and ftp in private reply.
Thanks

And my Portfolio isn’t showing up anything at all.
What credentials do you need from me to help me out?

Thanks for the very detailed information. We went ahead and edited your wp-config.php file. We have increase your PHP memory limit.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
We also remove Youtube Video responsive and Yet another relative post plugin because it is causing an issue. It utilizes more php memory and throws in errors in your dashboard. We would recommend you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Please let us know how it goes.

Absolutely. Could you open a new thread? We’re unable to respond privately as you’re not the topic owner, but would be happy to take a look for you.
December 11, 2015 at 5:27 am #702509Hi Themeco, thank you for your efforts but it’s not working. I’ve also requested my hosting guys to migrate my site to another server.
It worked for the first half hour but my site started becoming slower until it just went on a loop loading.
I’ve got the bare minimum plugins and I’m starting to suspect it’s the X theme.
My site is quite simple with some pics and short codes. I don’t know why it’s acting this way.
I hope you can get in there and help me out here. I really like X theme and I hope I don’t have to switch to another theme.
Please help…
December 11, 2015 at 7:28 am #702661Please go through our migration guide on our knowledge base section for detailed information (https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/).
Hope that helps.
December 28, 2015 at 3:20 pm #723509Hey guys,
I just updated the Theme and Cornestone. Unfortunately I had the same issues -> 500 Internal Server Error. Via my FTP Client I installed the older version of Cornerstone. It works buggy, but it works.
What should I do? Thanks in advance for your advice.
Regards,
AndrejDecember 28, 2015 at 8:14 pm #723789Hi Andrej,
Thanks for writing in! At this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Please provide us with login credentials (in private post) on your new thread, so we can take a closer look.
Cheers!
January 15, 2016 at 2:41 am #747281Thanks. I was able to figure it out from Vickie’s solution for Microsoft IIS servers. Hopefully this post makes it easier for others to find the solution.
Vicki’s explanation is cryptic and incomplete. 2. changes in php setings -in open_basedir change none from default from dropdown menu. This is difficult to follow.
Do this:
To fix this issue on your GoDaddy shared hosting Microsoft server, log into your hosting account and click manage on your website (this example uses parallels and not classic hosting windows). Click on “show more” so that you can see all of the server options. Open PHP settings, locate the dropdown for open_basedirectory, change the setting from default to none. Click OK to save settings.
Log into your wordpress dashboard. Click on plugins and add new. Install the cornerstone.zip file and activate the plugin.
