Hi there

I’d like to copy the blog slider from Ethos into a Slider Revolution template so I can tweak it and implement it on certain pages.

Is this in any way possible?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully the Ethos post slider is a different slider which is not out of Revolution slider. If you want to have a slider that will display posts item, you can try the Post Based slider with revolution slider.
