Is it possible to copy, say, a column of elements from one page to another? Thx, Christopher
July 17, 2014 at 12:07 pm #70189Perhaps I should amend. I know I can copy the generated code. What I was wondering is if it is possible to do it within VC? Thx, C
July 17, 2014 at 3:05 pm #70270Hi Christophe,
Thank you for writing in!
If it is regarding drag and drop functionality of VC, so unfortunately it’s not possible between pages. However if you are using VC you can simply copy the code of that part by going into Classic Mode and paste into the “Classic Mode” editor of the second page.
Hope this helps. 🙂
Thank you.

October 19, 2015 at 9:13 pm #631834Is there any way to get into the code using Cornerstone? I saw somewhere that if I switch to VC after building the page in Cornerstone I might lose everyting and that would be a serious disaster…
October 20, 2015 at 12:05 am #631940Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! That is correct, you can’t switch out of Cornerstone as it will reset. It’s a limitation right now however if you are just wanting to copy sections from one CS page to another. Cornerstone has a templates feature where you can save pages as page templates or blocks.
Page templates when loaded replace the current page, blocks can be appended. If you download a template and upload it you will get to choose how to load it onto a page.
Hope this helps – thanks!
October 20, 2015 at 10:57 am #632743Yes, however that is extremely cumbersome when I’ve built an entire page and then I want one element from that page on another page, I have to save the entire page as a block, then import it into the page where I want that one element to show up, then go through and delete all elements except the one I want… just putting in my two cents for CS to hopefully give us drag-and-drop capabiliity from one CS page to another.
October 20, 2015 at 11:41 am #632784We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!

You can set up agency demo content on another installation, export contact page and import it to your site.
Please download x-package.zip file from your ThemeForest account to access photoshop files.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for updating the thread!
To achieve fullwidth layout, please select Blank – No Container | Header, Footer as your page template under General > Page Template in your Cornerstone settings (see: http://prntscr.com/92ekbv).
Thank you!
