Morr MParticipantHey! My convertPlug isn’t working properly suddenly. I’ve been using it for a long time and it was fine, but now it’s not working.
Here’s a link:
https://www.bloopanimation.com/blog/Click on the banner that says “Free ebook”, and you’ll see that nothing happens when you put your email in.
Thanks,

LelyModeratorHello Morr,
I am getting this error when I checked:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
Did you update anything on your site before this issue occur? There’s one issue way back here who got the same error and it turns out that it is PHP 7 issue. Did you just update PHP version?March 7, 2017 at 10:44 am #1397929
Morr MParticipantI didnt, maybe it was updated automatically? Should I? Or if I did then what?

Morr MParticipantActually I checked and seems like I have PHP version 5.6.21

RadModeratorHi there,
There was an internal server error on your ConvertPlug ajax request, the problem is there is no logged error from your site. The last logged error was last year, I enabled debugging but it won’t display it either. Please contact your hosting provider to request recent error log.
Or if this is due to server side caching then let’s wait, please recheck it again later and see if debug.log file is available from /wp-content/ folder. Then let us know or provide the debug content on here.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
That means there is no error at all, it’s just notices and warning being outputted, It’s supposed to be turned off since DEBUG was off. And it should only appear if you enable DEBUG like what I did.
Since warning and notices are outputted, it will trigger Warning: Cannot modify header information.
The only way to fix it is turning off DEBUG, but it was turned off. The only explanation I could give is, your hosting provider recently change its ERROR REPORTING setting and it’s now displaying all error, warning, and notices forcing it.
http://php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php
Again, they aren’t errors, but just notices and warning. And your hosting has internal caching as I waited long for the change that I add to take effect, but it doesn’t until your reply here.
Adding
error_reporting(0);won’t disable it either, so the solution, for now, is redirecting the notice and warning output to debug file (like I did) but the file could get bigger and bigger. Please contact your hosting provider on how to disable error reporting, in fact, it should follow WordPress debug configuration. When wp-config.php says WP_DEBUG is false, then it should turn off error reporting. Thanks!
