Kahriq CParticipantHello I’m trying to use Convertplug on my site but, when the modal activates, there is no X button to close it. Clicking on the black area is also doing nothing. It’s set up for exit intent. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? http://videohustle.co

Kahriq CParticipantI also can’t get the “Name” field to populate in my email service provider. I am using ConvertKit and have linked it to convertplug using the ConvertKit plug-in from your site.
Also please check it on http://videohustle.co/test because it was breaking my site

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please enable ‘Close link’ from modal settings, see the attachment.
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
