    Hi, I want to Collect leads from Contact Form 7 using the ConvertPlug plugin. I need to validate purchase to use this addon. How do I do this?
    Also, with a modal popup that I setup to collect leads I got one list contact without confirming it by email. The email address was registered without opt-in confirmation. How do I get subscriptions to be confirmed before they are registered?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! ConvertPlug is an integrated plugin of X, so you don’t need to validate this. What you are using for subscription? If you are using Mailchimp then the email confirmation is mandatory. If you are just collecting with Contact Form 7 then there is no such thing as confirmation because it’s not actual subscription.

    Hi Rupok, thanks for your reply. I am actually using “Connects – The Inbuilt Lead Capture Tool of ConvertPlug”
    After submission i get the message: “Thanks for subscribing. Please check your mail and confirm the subscription.”
    However, the email is never delivered, but the contact email address is registered in “Connects”. is there anything i should do to receive the confirmation email?

    Have you connected Mailchimp? Please give us access to your WordPress admin so we could check your setup.

    Hi Christian, I don’t have issues with mailchimp. It is with Connects – The Inbuilt Lead Capture Tool of ConvertPlug
    That I don’t get the confirmation Email. If I use MailChimp Everything works fine. Do you still need access to admin in this case?

    I don´t think so Convertplug has a replying system withput anoter party.

    How to send the Welcome Email with ConvertPlug & Auto Responder Software?
