    Hi i am having trouble getting the convertplug plugin to work. When I click on “Use This” to use a template it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have searched the knowledgebase but can’t find a solution that works for me.

    Found the problem.
    It is because I am editing through the ManageWP dashboard. It works when I edit just through the site’s backend.
    On a side note this also happens with Cornerstone when editing through the ManageWP dashboard.
    Might be of interest to someone else…

    Happy to hear that you have found the problem.

    We would love to help you with the 3rd party plugin conflict however it is beyond the scope of our support. It would be best to contact developer regarding this issue or you could ask the plugin author on how to make their plugin to be compatible with us.
