    Having an issue with saving a slide in. Tested by saving a popup and that worked. Slidein gear showing its saving is always running.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your site and it seems that your WordPress installation is the problem as I’ve seen this error from the console

    
POST http://enterprise.cobblemarketing.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)

    that file is needed for ConvertPlug, however, its gone, missing or deleted which I don’t understand why.

    Could you please re-install WordPress? This will ensure that there is no missing or corrupted files.

    Please let us know how it goes.
