Hi,

I just upgraded to 4.5.0 and updated all the plugins etc. However I can’t update the “Connects – MailChimp Mailer” to the latest version as it requires me to register ConvertPlug, which in turn requires a purchase code… How can I upgrade this?

Hi there,

ConvertPlug should not require an extra purchase code for you to enable it. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hello There,

Thank you for the credentials.
Please try to reinstall the Connects – MailChimp Addon. To update Convertplug Addons, please try to deactivate the Addon then Delete it. Then reinstall it again via Convertplug Addons. This will give you the latest Addon Version. The theme currently doesn’t include update listing of Convertplug Addons. Thank you for understanding.
