Hi there
I seem to be running into (2) problems with ConvertPlug. I’m trying to integrate it with MailChimp and run a modal pop up on my site that will deliver a downloadable file.
(1) It doesn’t seem to be loading the subscribers into my fresh MailChimp list though they are recorded as impressions and details retained in Connects in ConvertPlug. This is regardless of whether they are existing subscribers (on a different list) or if they are new. There isn’t any support for this as an issue or articles in the ConvertPlug knowledgebase so I’ve turned to you 🙂
(2) The other problem I am running into is that there are 2 seperate errors being returned.
1. ‘There was an issue with your request. Administrator has been notified already’ *
2. ‘There seems to be an error with the configuration’ *** I have not received any notifications at all
** This appeared an hour after the first error materialised.Considering my subscribers are not being imported into my list, I didn’t chose to do an automation within MailChimp. I’ve instead built a webpage and am redirecting them to that page within the plugin settings. But the errors stop our ability to deliver the second page to download the file!
Have wasted a few hours trying to get this right, any help at this point would be appreciated!

There could be an internal error which prevents it from working. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
And what do you mean by the second page? Please provide a video recording of the issue and step by step of what we should expect. And then we could use that for comparison to see what’s not working.

I don’t know what you mean for the FTP credentials? It’s been a while since I’ve had to do website stuff.
And by “the second page”, i mean the redirect URL – this is an option within the modal under the Submission settings. I’ve attached the error message I get when I try to use it.
