stewardsofselfParticipantI’m having a problem with my convertplug pop up. I’ve been trying to make sure it integrates with my mailchimp list to provide access to a coupon, but the submission doesn’t seem to be working. When you hit the submit button, it appears as if it is processing, but then it just brings you right back to the pop up. I’ve been using my own email address to see if it’s gone through, but nothing 🙁 I tried deactivating some of my plugins to see if they may be causing the error but no luck with that either. The website is: sosfitcoach.com

RupokMemberHi there,
Looks like it’s not actually going through as there is no confirmation message. Maybe it was not connected properly. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

stewardsofselfParticipantHelp? Anyone?

stewardsofselfParticipantI even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and switching from a pop up to slide in to see if that helped, but the slide in is doing the same thing

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I Can confirm the issue.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

stewardsofselfParticipantI disabled all plugins with the exception of Cornerstone (as I kinda need that one and I didn’t have a problem with both on my old site) and ConvertPlug (plus the mail chimp add-on) and I am still having the same problem. 🙁

LelyModeratorHi There,
Would you mind checking if your site main IP address is not block on Mailchimp network? I found the same issue, using same hosting(SITEGROUND) and it turns out that the main IP address is block on Mailchimp Network.

stewardsofselfParticipantHow do I do that?? I’ve tried looking everywhere to figure it out and I haven’t been able to 🙁

stewardsofselfParticipantI definitely don’t think it’s mail chimp…I switched to send in blue and am having the same problem

stewardsofselfParticipantI really want this plugin to work but every time I create a website I encounter an issue with it that takes days away from my productivity since I have to wait hours for a non-helpful reply

RadModeratorHi there,
Is this the correct one https://sosfitcoach.com with the issue? Just need to confirm since I don’t see any ConverPlug.
What I see is a subscription form from MailChimp itself which redirect and submit to separate window. It’s also added within the slider where javascript might have issues running with.
Would you mind providing a video recording of the issue?
Thanks!
