I have installed Convertplug on my site and using the Pop-Up modal for an email newsletter signup. The problem is, before and after I close the pop-up, it leaves residual elements from the sign-up form making it impossible to click links below it.

Here is an example of how the links should look: How Links Should Look

This is how it looks with the Convertplug Popup Modal turned on with the signup form:
    hj

You can see the residual code blocking the links here:
    hh

If you’d like to test it out, you can by clicking on the “Subscribe to the Newsleter” button on the top of the page: http://dev.ucsaintl.com/FFPC/

Solutions that I have already attempted:
    1. Turning off all plugins
    2. Clearing Site Cache
    3. Clearing my Browser’s Cache

Side Note: The same thing happened when I used the Soliloquy Add-On inside of the Convertplug pop-up modal. I believe this is due the modal not completely removing all the elements from the page.

    Hi There,

The images you have attached didnt work for some reason.

I went to your website and have tested it and I couldnt notice any residual element or any abnormal behavior.

I tested it on Chrome and Firefox.

I also have subscribed to the form and it seems like it worked fine(You can delete the email test123@themeco.com from your list by the way)

Can you let us know which browser you are using when experiencing this issue?

    Thanks,

    Joao

I have fixed the image links in my initial post. The browser I am viewing this on is Chrome Version 50.0.2661.94 on a laptop screen that is 1440 x 900. To replicate the issue follow these steps:

    1. Go to http://dev.ucsaintl.com/FFPC/
    2. Click on the Subscribe to Newsletter button at the top of the page
    3. Close the pop-up window
    4. Hover over Events and wait for drop down
    5. Hover right over Events Calendar or Fort Point Festival
    6. See how the links are not clickable?

Okay in your case it looks like Holiday Stroll and Pumpking Magic is covered by the subscription form. Try clicking on Events > Holiday Stroll or Events > Pumpking Magic. You will see the link is being obstructed by the subscription form.

    Hi There,

I couldn´t replicate the issue you are mentioning.

I notice that the pop up is showing in a different position from Rad´s video, it is a bit lower (please see image attached).

I could click on Holidays Stroll and Pumpking Magic and access the pages without a problem.

I tested your website on Chrome and Firefox.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

    Please let us know,

    Joao
