Hi, I cant create or edit any popups. When I click “Use this” I just keep seeing the loading screen forever. I use WP Engine for hosting but I already tried to Purge All Cache….

Can you help me please?

Hi,

You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Memory limit : 512 MB
Memory usage : 61.83 MB

Also, regarding those plugins, I tried it and it didnt help.

I can’t replicate the issue, Convertplug loads fine on my end, please see the attachment.
Please clear cache and check again.

Thank you so much for help. Yeah, it works now. All I had to do was to delete Cache in Chrome. Thank you.
