    I built one optin that is successfully interfacing to Infusionsoft. The second optin, Contact Us, I built is not. The contact us optin has 4 fields; first name, email, subject and body. Subject and body are custom fields. See the attached screen shot. Can you please help troubleshoot this. Thanks!

    The login is incorrect and I checked on different machines and its correctly pointing to your domain. But, so, must be incorrect login information.

    I just logged in using the credentials so those are correct. It’s most likely an issue with your HOSTS file. Other support folks who are not familiar with the HOSTS file have had issues. Have someone who is familiar help you edit the file per my instructions above and you’ll be able to connect. Make sure to remove the http:// from the HOSTS file line. Your help desk software automatically puts it in so I can’t remove it from the post. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
