    Hi, I have a multisite and have installed X on a subdirectory. Everything works fine including the Facebook comments extension. However the ConvertPlug extension just won’t work. It installs and looks ready to go but when I try to create a slide in I just get a neverending ‘processing’ type icon.

    When I try to preview any of the slide ins etc the screen slightly darkens but nothing pops up.

    I’ve tried in multiple browsers. I’ve also tried installing the theme on both the root domain, and also the subdirectory and it’s the same issue on both.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    Would it be okay to have a clone of your site in staging? I just can’t apply changes on a live site. Any troubleshooting or checking may introduce changes that may affect your site.
