    Are you able to see the popup on desktop devices?

    Yes, they are appearing on the desktop, and not on mobile. Does it has desktop issues on your end too? This is weird.

    No desktop issues. It appears for me on every device, to spite to “do not display on mobile” setting.

    Hi there,

    Have you tried other devices other than you and your client have? I have Android and iOS devices and popup aren’t appearing on single post pages, except for popup ads.
