clayton gParticipantPlease see http://eatbeautiful.net/.
In the ConvertPlug > Behavior > Target Visitors > Hide On Devices, “Mobile” is clearly checked. Yet, the modal still appears on mobiles, for multiple users. The cache has been cleared many times, and WP Super Cache is deactivated.
And thoughts on why it isn’t working and what to try next?
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
I just checked in 3 devices and there is no modal appearing, except it only appears only one time. It could be cache, could you try it again?
Thanks!

clayton gParticipantHi Rad. It is configured to not appear again for a long time after it is exited or subscribed. You can turn this setting off, so it appears at every visit, in the ConvertPlug settings, if you need to do so to test. However, this is not my concern. My concern is that it is showing on mobile devices when it should not be, because appear on mobile is turned off.

RadModeratorHi there,
I never subscribed and it’s my first visit on this site. I also use private browser to ignore the cookies that usually stored on user’s visitor.
I went ahead and turned it off, still the same, hidden on my mobile. What mobile and browser you’re testing it on?
Thanks!

clayton gParticipantI just viewed it on Chrome 55.0.2883.91, Incognito mode, on a Nexus 6, Android 7.0.0, and the popup appeared. Also appearing on client’s iPhone.

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked again and it’s not appearing on my phones, even on the tablet. Please provide a video recording, have you tried on a different device? Some not yet used for testing the site.
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
Ah, you’re referring to single pages. Would you mind turning off your CloudFlare’s cache? I see some script originating from the file it served.
Thanks!

clayton gParticipantHi. I don’t use Cloudflare on the site. I see a plugin (or something) referencing a jQuery script which is running through Cloudflare, but that’s it. I am unable to identify which plugin is referencing it. Please advise.

RadModeratorHi there,
I’m not seeing the CF related URLS and when I checked it on mobile, the popup modal doesn’t appear anymore. Would you min rechecking it?
Thanks!
