    Hello, please check out this staged site URL:

    The ConvertPlug modal popup is set to target only that page, meaning it is disabled for the full site.

    I’ve attached a screenshot of the ConvertPlug modal popup settings that show I’ve selected “Hide on Devices: Mobile, Tablet”. Yet it still pops up for all screen types.

    How can I get this popup to behave?

    I checked your site on my mobile and convertplug popup didn’t appear.
    Please clear cache on your device and check it again.
