    When I try to create a modal in ConvertPlug, the modal itself (in the modal editor) does not show up. The editor just shows a blank white screen. Also, the save button is a spinning gear. This will spin for minutes and the modal never pops up.

    How can I fix this?

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
