bradmacleanParticipantHi,
I’m experiencing, let’s call it “glitchy” UX behavior with my convertplug modal when testing on my smartphone (iphone 6s chrome browser). It’s difficult to put in words so hoping you can check it out on your phone to see if you experience something similar. What essentially happens is when you focus your cursor in the input field, the modal jumps to the middle of the page. When you tab to the next field, the modal “jumps”(or re-loads) again; and so on. There are also thin vertical lines showing up. Overall, the UX behavior is very choppy and unpredictable. If you follow the steps below, do you experience something similar? here are the steps1) go to w2worg.wpengine.com on your smartphone (ideally iphone 6s)
2) Click the “Follow us” icon on the rev slider
3) focus cursor to first field, input test data, then proceed to tab or click to the next input fields
4) Observe how the modal responds… is it jumping around/reloading; does something seem off to you?Any advice? Any best practices using convertplug modals on mobile?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
It scrolls and jumps in my end, it’s like there is a bound script to the inputs. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials? And please backup your site, I’ll have to disable other plugins for testing.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Been testing and it looks like the issue is within ConvertPlug. Though, I can’t replicate this on any of my installation. I cleared the cache with no other plugins and still the same. I’ll keep on checking.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Still on it but I’m not sure when, is it okay if I do the troubleshooting on your site? It looks like a staging, because it looks okay from my installation.
Thanks.

bradmacleanParticipantIt’s pre-production. I just need to point to production domain when ready to go-live. Don’t worry about troubleshooting. I’ll investigate it. you can close this ticket. thx
