I am trying design some popup optin forms, specifically using the blank template. I’m not seeing the controls/toolbar to build the popup. Also, the preview is not showing up correctly either.
I think one reason could be because we do not yet have our dns entry pointing to the new server we’re doing all of this development on. Is there a way we can work around this? How can we develop the optins before we go-live with the site? Thanks.

Thanks for posting in.
I’m not able to access your site due to redirects. It redirects it from belmero.com to http://www.belmero.com over and over (loop). If you have www redirect then please turn off.
Thanks!
March 27, 2016 at 8:03 pm #854598I just checked and the site is working fine. Check your hosts file entry. You should not have http:// in front of http://www.belmero.com. your help desk software automatically added it but it should not be there. I think that’s the problem. Please remove the http:// in front of http://www.belmero.com and try again. Let me know if you have any other issues. Thanks.

March 29, 2016 at 12:28 am #856192Hi Robert,
I am able to login now.
Upon checking, I can see a lot of javascript errors in the console which prevents convert plug from working correctly.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks
